Terms of Service

By accessing or using Appie (appie.au), operated by Craftora Pty Ltd (ABN 32 642 310 388) ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Appie is an AI-powered receptionist and business automation platform that handles inbound calls, SMS messages, and email enquiries on behalf of registered users. The service is provided on a subscription basis.

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract to use Appie. By using the service, you confirm you meet these requirements.

Appie is billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend access if payment fails.

You agree not to use Appie to violate any law, harass or deceive any person, transmit spam or fraudulent communications, infringe intellectual property rights, or attempt to reverse-engineer the platform.

You acknowledge that AI responses may not always be accurate. You are solely responsible for reviewing AI-generated communications. We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of any AI response. Do not rely on Appie for urgent or safety-critical matters.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPIE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: CRAFTORA PTY LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR: missed calls or messages; inaccurate AI responses; service downtime or outages; unauthorised access to your account; actions taken by third parties based on AI communications; loss of business or revenue attributed to service performance. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Craftora Pty Ltd and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of Appie, breach of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Appie complies with all applicable telecommunications laws in your jurisdiction, including call recording consent and do-not-call registers. We are not liable for any regulatory breach arising from your use.

Your use of Appie is governed by our Privacy Policy at appie.au/privacy. By using the service you consent to data collection as described therein.

All content and technology underlying Appie is owned by Craftora Pty Ltd. You are granted a limited non-exclusive licence to use the service for your business only. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of Appie without written consent.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination your right to use the service ceases immediately.

We may update these Terms at any time with reasonable notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Victorian courts.
